Return & Refund Policy

At Hi-En Bubba, we want you to love your lip care. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we have the following return policy.

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
